We are Open Box Mobile, specialized in sales and repairment of used and refurbished electronic equipment, of high quality. Our mission is to make high-end technology available to everyone by selling our services and equipment, in a simple, uncomplicated and sustainable way.

Why used and refurbished equipment?

Buying and selling electronic products on the market has always been very common, not accessible and not even sustainable. The term known as REFURBISHED, is used to name devices that were expositor units, were sold and returned to the manufacturer to be resold for a lower price than originally. A process that begun years ago with printer ink toners until it was consolidated on the market of electronic devices, such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, among others. The main purpose to incentivate the production and sales of refurbished equipment is saving on the creation of electronic waste that is being constantly reduced, even though there are no studies proving this data in Portugal. It is worth noting that sustainability by itself is becoming more sought after and attractive, where people are caring more for waste especially when directly linked to saving up to 40% of its original value. However, there are several benefits of acquiring refurbished equipment instead of new ones when making a purchase.
